Board participation in IAMA's 70th anniversary celebrations

As part of its 70th Anniversary celebrations, the International Artist Managers' Association (IAMA) was kind enough to invite the AEAA Board to London for an Extraordinary General Meeting & Christmas Dinner. It was an opportunity for our President, Réda Sidi-Boumedine, to reaffirm the strong links between our two associations:

"With IAMA, we initiated a Code of Practice, shared by the members of our two associations, and a joint directory of artists, Classical Music Artists - Who represents Whom, which also became the source of Operabook, Opera Europa’s online tool for opera professionals. These two major achievements are, among others, living proof of the effective cooperation between our two associations. This close cooperation is more essential than ever to keep alive our vocation of promoting fairness as well as uniting and federating forces, particularly in difficult times such as those we are currently facing.“ (extract from Réda Sidi-Boumedine’s speech at IAMA’s Extraordinary General Meeting, London, December 2, 2024)
